1.How It Starts
When you submit a trip inquiry, we will review it and reach out to schedule a complimentary consultation by your preferred method of contact (email or telephone). During this consult, we'll discuss your trip details, preferences, and budget, and answer any questions — at no cost and with no obligation.
2.The Plan-to-Travel Fee
If you decide to move forward after your consultation, a Plan-to-Travel Fee is required before research and pricing begin. This fee compensates The Unfiltered Itinerary, LLC for professional time spent on consultation, research, pricing, and trip design.

3.What the Fee Covers
Once your Plan-to-Travel Fee is received, The Unfiltered Itinerary, LLC will research your trip and deliver a custom quote within five (5) business days. Each quote includes a maximum of two (2) destinations for comparison purposes. Trip requests beyond the scope of your original inquiry are treated as new inquiries and are subject to their own Plan-to-Travel Fee.
Private Villa Experiences include full-service coordination: villa selection guidance, ground transportation, and arrangement of personal requests such as private chefs, meal planning, yacht charters, in-villa spa services, and custom experiences for your traveling party.
4.Booking Credit
Book your trip with The Unfiltered Itinerary, LLC within thirty (30) days of receiving your initial quote, and your full Plan-to-Travel Fee is applied as a credit toward your trip balance.
If you do not book within thirty (30) days of receiving your initial quote, the fee is retained as compensation for professional planning services rendered. The Plan-to-Travel Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable in all circumstances; it is either credited toward a booking made within the 30-day window or retained for services performed.
5.Quotes & Pricing
All quotes are based on real-time supplier pricing and availability. Quotes are valid for seven (7) days from the date of delivery and remain subject to change by airlines, hotels, and other suppliers until your booking is confirmed with a deposit. The Unfiltered Itinerary, LLC does not control supplier pricing and cannot guarantee quoted rates beyond the validity period.
6.Agreement
By submitting your Plan-to-Travel Fee, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
