Information we collect
We collect information you provide when you submit a trip inquiry, join an interest list, communicate with us, book travel, or use the private client portal. Depending on the service, this may include:
- Your name, email address, telephone number, and preferred contact method.
- Trip dates, destination interests, budget, traveler details, preferences, and accessibility or dietary information you choose to share.
- Booking references, trip assignments, itinerary links, invoice links, payment deadlines, and documents made available through your portal.
- Technical information needed to operate and secure the site, such as browser information, IP address, login activity, and security-verification results.
Payment details are handled by TravelJoy and its payment-processing partners. This website and client portal do not store your full payment-card information.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, research and plan travel, manage bookings, provide itineraries and invoice access, send secure portal links, communicate trip updates, provide traveler support, protect the portal, comply with legal obligations, and improve our services.
We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Services that help operate the site
We share information only as needed with service providers that help deliver our services, including TravelJoy, Supabase, Resend, Microsoft 365, Cloudflare Turnstile, and Netlify. These providers process information under their own privacy terms.
Cookies and secure access
The public website does not currently use advertising cookies. The private portal uses essential browser storage and authentication technology to keep you signed in securely and display only trips assigned to your account.
How long we keep information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide travel services, maintain booking and financial records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect our business.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete personal information held directly by The Unfiltered Itinerary, or request that portal access be removed. Some booking, payment, tax, or legal records may need to be retained.
Children’s information
Our website is not directed to children under 13. When a group booking includes a minor, traveler information should be submitted by a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult.
Security and third-party links
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Third-party websites linked from our site are governed by their own privacy policies.
Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to hello@theunfiltereditinerary.com.
