Why do you charge a Plan-to-Travel Fee?

It covers the research and custom planning work that begins after your complimentary consultation. The fee is per person and, when you book within 30 days, 100% is credited toward your trip balance.

Can you handle group billing so I don't have to chase my friends?

Yes. For eligible group trips, travelers can receive their own payment access and payment schedule.

Do you book flights?

We focus on accommodations, ground transportation, experiences, and the day-to-day trip plan. We do not book airfare.
